Pumps are fitted to drainage systems to pump waste away from low levels or long distances. These work by water being collected into a holding tank or sump. Once the water gets to a high enough level a sensor is triggered to pump the water away under pressure to a gravity feed sewer.
After a while, the holding tank or sump can get full of silt, debris and fat/grease. Causing the water not to reach the pumps as designed. These can all be cleaned and serviced ensuring they are working at there optimal performance.
